Lawmaker says constituents to continue protest unless 12% VAT is cut<br /><br />Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Leviste says that the protest of his constituents will continue until his demand of decreasing the value added tax from 12 percent to 10 percent is met through a vote at the House of Representatives.
